Reliable service, competent staff - highly recommend ! Detailed assessment was done by company’s owner - experienced health professional. PSW were trustworthy, well trained and self geared to recognize needs of my father and my mother. We used ADA home care services past June and July when my father’s Alzheimer’s steeply worsened . My mother was his caregiver and my dad was on critical care placement list for nursing home. They helped my mom develop techniques to seat my dad on dinning table, they recognized his issue with avoiding to use toilet and came up with strategies. PSW reported concern that my dad was in pain (based of his facial expressions) and we brought issue to my father’s family MD. In addition, they helped my mom with food preparation and housekeeping.
